Launch of Top Language Community
Totally Plc, the AIM quoted (ticker ‘TLY’) international publisher and Internet services provider today announces the launch of a new joint venture with the UK’s leading specialist online language job board, www.toplanguagejobs.com (TLJ).
Together, Totally and TLJ have launched a new portal www.toplanguagecommunity.com promoting a range of online services including dating, directory, property, forums and general classifieds targeting the fast growing communities of foreign language speakers working or looking to work in the UK and Ireland.
According to the Office of National Statistics, as a result of the expansion of the European Union the number of foreigners coming to work in the UK is growing rapidly. In 2004 alone, over 500,000 people migrated to the UK, with Europe being the most common continent of birth and young adults being the most common age group.

Under a joint venture agreement, the partners will share equally in all future advertising and service related revenues. Totally provides use of its proprietary online publishing software suite and TLJ provides marketing distribution and editorial management.
