Launch of Property Joint Venture
Totally Plc, the AIM quoted (ticker ‘TLY’) international publisher and Internet services provider announces today that it has launched a new joint venture with Property Information Limited (‘PIL’), publisher of The Property Trade Directory, a 1,600 page reference guide to over 30,000 property contacts across the UK. Together, Totally and PIL have launched www.propertytradedirectory.com, an online version of the already established printed guide.
Under a joint venture agreement, Totally provides use of its proprietary online directory software while PIL provides use of its comprehensive property contacts database and industry acumen. Revenues generated via online advertising, listing upgrades and other ancillary services will be shared equally between the two partners.
Steve Burns, CEO of Totally Plc said, “Whilst this new site is modelled on Totally’s existing Jewish and Greek community directories, with over 30,000 property trade contacts in the UK and a buoyant property market, this project represents significantly greater opportunity to grow revenue and create value. This venture also provides further evidence of our ability to use our proprietary online publishing software in partnership with other publishers, broadcasters and content owners. We expect to announce the launch of further joint venture sites in the very near future.”
The Property Trade Directory has previously been published in three annual print editions. It targets property practitioners, financiers and professionals providing a reference guide to commercial and residential estate agents, property auctioneers, land and new home agents, business transfer agents and local authorities, all by location.
