Totally Plc, (ticker `TLY') the AIM quoted international publisher and internet services provider, today announces that Steve Burns has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a director with immediate effect and is leaving the company forthwith to pursue other business interests.
Daniel Assor, Totally's group publishing director who has been with the Company for over six years and a director for five, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Commenting on the departure, Dr Michael Sinclair, Non-Executive Chairman said:'On behalf of the board and the shareholders of the Company, I would like to thank Steve for his very significant contribution to the development and growth of the group. We wish him well for the future. We also welcome Daniel Assor as CEO of the group and wish him well in his new role'.
